Kentucky Judge Shocked When a Defendant is Brought Into Courtroom Pants-less

This judge was incredulous when she realized that a defendant had served 3 days in jail, and had not been given pants or feminine hygiene products. She wonders if she’s in “The Twilight Zone”!
