BREAKING: Explosion at Indian Restaurant Outside Toronto Appears to Be a Bombing

Canadian police are investigating an explosion at the Bombay Bhel Indian restaurant in Mississauga, near Toronto, earlier this evening.

According to police, two men entered the restaurant and set off an incendiary device, wounding 15. Three of the victims are critical. Peel Regional Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspects.

Local media are also reporting that another unexploded incendiary device was found inside.

So far, no suspects or motive have been identified.

Police and paramedics said they were called to the Bombay Bhel restaurant, which is located in a plaza north of Hurontario Street and Eglinton Avenue, at around 10:30 p.m. on Thursday.

A man, who didn’t want to be identified, told Global News he was inside the restaurant when he heard “a big blast.”

“A big one … I was in the bathroom with my kid, so I came out and everybody’s here and there,” he said, adding he saw broken glass and blood
