A poll of voters in New Hampshire finds President Trump ahead of two of his most vocal Republican critics: Ohio Governor John Kasich, and the soon-to-be-out-of-a-job Jeff Flake from Arizona.

According to BuzzFeed News, a poll by American Research Group has Trump ahead of Kasich 48% to 42% “among likely Republican voters, with 9% undecided.”

Flake, who has made a second career out of criticizing the president since being forced to drop out of his own re-election bid because he’s so disliked at home, fares even worse. Trump leads Flake 49% to 33%, with a whopping 18% undecided, however.

Things swing in Trump’s favor in a more crowded field though. If both Kasich and Flake are factored in at the same time, the president “leads the three-way field with 51%, followed by Kasich at 34%, and Flake at 4%, with 11% undecided.”

While this New Hampshire polling isn’t the greatest news for Kasich, a poll last month found him being easily defeated by Trump in Ohio in a potential 2020 match-up.

Kasich is heading back to New Hampshire, and it is unclear whether he thinks he has a legitimate shot at defeating an incumbent president in a primary or he merely wants play spoiler.
