Under Armour CEO Kevin Plank Declines to Say Why He's Stepping Down

Under Armour Founder and CEO Kevin Plank declined to say why he is stepping down as CEO of the company on Friday.

Some employees at the company have reportedly been concerned about Plank’s relationship with MSNBC anchor Stephanie Ruhle.

When asked why he decided to step down from his post, Plank said, “We said a lot this week so we’re in a good place. Thank you very much.”

Plank attended the memorial service for Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-Md.) in Baltimore on Friday.

“We’re blessed to be here and be with the bishop and all the power that was in that room and pay homage to a great man,” Plank said alongside his wife Desiree Guerzon.
