Happy President’s Day!

Here’s what is on the President’s agenda today:

  • In the afternoon, President Trump and the First Lady return to Washington D.C. from Florida.

DAY 10: The nation waits for the Schiff memo to be released

Anti-gun industry flexes its control over sympathetic media, traumatized children

The media immediately mobilized into an anti-gun frenzy following the tragic massacre at a Florida school. Numerous outlets interviewed the child-survivors and witnesses of the slaughter shortly after, as they are useful props to push the leftist anti-gun agenda. Now these children, who are too young to own a gun but are apparently wise enough to solve complicated public policy issues, will hold a march on Washington D.C. and in cities across America. Isn’t it amazing how mere 48 hours after this horrific event, a group of kids is able to organize marches all around the U.S. and in Washington D.C.? It’s almost like they have help from people who have a political interest in such an event…

Sadly, there were red flags all over the maniac responsible for the massacre. He left a YouTube comment on a video saying he wanted to be a professional school shooter. Now the YouTube comment section is a possibly a bigger cyber toilet than Twitter and it is highly, highly trafficked. Even so, a netizen saw the comment and reported it to the FBI. The best and brightest at the FBI hit a dead end on their “search” for the commenter, even though he made the comment under his legal name and only a handful of people share that name. Next we learned, that someone who knew the maniac, called the Washington D.C. office and gave them a blueprint of what the shooter was going to do and the FBI dropped that ball too. Maybe the D.C. agents need to spend less time in “Andy’s office” or texting and more time, you know, doing their job. The shooter was kicked out of school, posted disturbing things on his Snapchat, had almost 30 visits to his house from police, abused/killed animals and abused his mother.

The New York Post reports:

how the deranged teen promised to “shoot [him] dead” and “watch [him] bleed” in graphic threats sent over social media.

Cruz made the grim proclamations to 17-year-old Enea Sabadini beginning in 2016 and may have been kicked out of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School last year for brawling with Sabadini.

“You f—–g c–t stole my ex you c–t,” Cruz rages in one message, according to Buzzfeed. “You c–t. I am going to enjoy seeing you down on the grass. I am going to choke you.”

Florida’s social services investigated the shooter and his family 2 years ago, “identifying him as a ‘vulnerable adult due to mental illness’ including depression, autism, and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, which he was medicated for.”

But, the real problems are the guns and not the government’s multiple failures to pick up on this dangerous madman mingling freely among vulnerable members of society. Some GOPers want to talk about “strengthening” the background check system. (Legislation passed the House in December, it’s sitting in the Senate right now.)  Trump met with Speaker of the House Paul Ryan at Mar-a-Lago this weekend to discuss the issue. This teacher-of the-year has some non-gun banning thoughts but her ideas don’t jive with the media’s preferred gun-banning narrative so it’s gone viral in a limited sphere of influence.

RUSSIAN info op revealed in FBI report

Shortly after telling public that it had ignored a very specific tip about a maniac who would go on to shoot up his Florida school and murder 17 children and teachers, the DOJ decided to release a report on RUSSIA collusion so as to divert attention from its epic incompetence.  Basically a bunch of RUSSIANS tried to influence the 2016 election by buying Facebook ads and setting up political rallies to inflame political differences.  The report also said that the Trump campaign was unaware of this effort and were duped in a few instances by the RUSSIANS, who set up fake IDs and back accounts to appear credible. All of this was happening under Obama’s watch but Obama didn’t want to acknowledge the RUSSIAN efforts because he thought Hillary Clinton would win and didn’t want to cast doubt on her victory. So instead, they’ve decided to let their incompetence work in their favor by casting doubt on President Trump’s victory with the help of their media allies.

Yesterday, President Trump tweeted this particularly astute observation:

The left was out and about on SPIN CITY SUNDAY, also known as the Sunday talk show circuit to wishcast about gun confiscation and beat the RUSSIAN collusion story using the approved talking points.

John Podesta, failed campaign manager for Hillary Clinton’s presidential efforts, took some heavy damage on “Face the Nation” from host Nancy Cordes.

“How is it that these Russian operatives knew to focus on purple states like Michigan and Wisconsin and your campaign didn’t?” Nancy Cordes, the host of “Face the Nation,” asked Podesta.

“Of course we spent a lot of time and energy and effort in all those states,” Podesta insisted.

Former Director of National Intelligence and notorious liar Jake Clapper (typo and it stays) was on CNN trying to keep the RUSSIA collusion story moving forward.  “I do think there are other shoes to drop here besides this indictment,” Clapper told Dana Bash on CNN’s “State of the Union.”

“I think another thing that we haven’t seen much of is financial entanglements between the Trump Organization before the election and then during it.”

So not many specifics about the “other shoes” but remember, Clapper has an interest in keeping this story from focusing on him.
