In this year’s political climate, immigrants are seen as getting a bad rap. Budweiser figured they’d promote an immigrant story during their long-awaited SuperBowl ad. The commercial shows a man fleeing Germany, facing tremendous hardships along his route, and arriving in St. Louis, MO, to start his beer company. People might embrace the melting pot a lot more if there was beer involved!
