This Walmart Truck Driver Was Arrested for Driving Incredibly Drunk

This dashcam video shows an incredibly drunk big-rig truck driver being pulled over and arrested. He’s seen swerving in and out of lanes on a Minnesota highway. And when they measured his blood-alcohol level, it was 0.28%! What a dangerous person!!
