The Sad Little Low-Energy 'Resistance' Crowds Are Dwindling at Trump Rallies

Tuesday’s Trump rally in Milwaukee drew the usual group of sad sore losers who like to stand outside and scream at the sky like anyone cares. But it appears that the “resistance,” as they call themselves, is dwindling. According to this Twitter poster, the crowd was “huge.”

But it was an enthusiastic crowd, doing what they do best: embarrassing themselves.

In comparison, the line to get into the rally was quite a bit more impressive. I would like to suggest, however, that we retire anything by The Village People forever. Haven’t we YMCA’d and Macho Manned ourselves out yet?

Look at the people! It seems that Trump’s rally crowds only get bigger.

The president was looking well-rested and in charge as usual as he told the crowd that a protester who made it into the event “went home to Mom and she’s in big trouble. Because I guarantee you, Mom voted for Trump!” This is a new variation on his signature response, “Go home to Mommy!”

The protesters should keep going to the rallies because they do provide endless entertainment for Trump and his audience. It must be embarrassing to be outnumbered by the overflow crowd that couldn’t get in.
