Demonstrators fill the Hall of Justice lobby in Los Angeles, Dec. 12, 1969, as they continued what they called harassment of Black Panthers. The demonstration moved to the building, which houses the county jail and various courtrooms after demonstrating on the steps of City Hall nearby.
