New Class-Action Suits Target EA DRM

The struggle continues between users and publishers over DRM.  Now game players are filing suit against Electronic Arts for its use of their SecuROM technology. Game players are claiming that EA automatically loads its anti-copying software onto a gamer’s PC without permission, even on demo’s of games like Spore, occasionally resulting in performance troubles for other programs. Just one more corpyright struggle in the lawless web world.
