How many times have you read this line; chipmaker Broadcom has filed a lawsuit against rival Qualcomm claiming patent misuse. The suit also claims that Qualcomm’s patents and patent licenses are unenforceable. The two companies have been locked in a series of legal battles and it looks like they are playing for the best out of seven.
