Another Day, Another MSNBC Assassination Fantasy

There’s certainly quite a vengeful streak running through the most die-hard supporters of the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize winner. In 2008, Keith Olbermann had fantasies of first Hillary Clinton, and then Sarah Palin assuming room temperature when their poll numbers got too close to The One. Now it’s fellow MSNBC on-air “talent” Chris Matthews who has Blofeldian visions running through his head:

You guys see Live and Let Die, the great Bond film with Yaphet Kotto as the bad guy, Mr. Big?  In the end they jam a big CO2 pellet in his face and he blew up.  I have to tell you, Rush Limbaugh is looking more and more like Mr. Big, and at some point somebody’s going to jam a CO2 pellet into his head and he’s going to explode like a giant blimp.  That day may come. Not yet. But we’ll be there to watch. I think he’s Mr. Big, I think Yaphet Kotto.  Are you watching, Rush?

Man, can General Electric pick ’em, or what?

(Apropos of nothing, Kotto was a Steve Forbes supporter in 2000, according to IMDB. But then, he’s not the only former Bond super-villain who was bent on world domination onscreen, but is a supporter of limited government in real life.)

Related:So, what’s the most offensive thing about this Chris Matthews clip?”, Moe Lane ponders.
