ACORN's Catch-22

At the Weekly Standard, Michael Goldfarb writes:

Andrew Breitbart has nearly finished the job…a few more shovelfuls of dirt and one more smile from Miss Hannah Giles and this whole thing should be over, leaving the organization a mere shadow of what it once was and permanently severing its relationship with the federal government. Here’s my question though: Since ACORN insists on the one hand “that the videos are doctored, edited, and in no way the result of the fabricated story being portrayed,” and on the other has fired all the employees involved, isn’t the organization now perfectly positioned for a massive lawsuit by these former employees who, by ACORN’s own account, have been fired without cause? Where are the trial lawyers who will stand up for these would-be child prostitution facilitators?
