Including rooftop colors and — no surprise here — food. After all, as the London Times notes, “diners will be encouraged to consume more potatoes and seasonal vegetables, as well as pork and chicken, which generate fewer carbon emissions”, especially when compared with “sheep, whose burping poses a serious threat to the environment.”
Needless to say, James Lileks has plenty of sport with that last suggestion.
