AT&T SUED BY [email protected] SHAREHOLDERS

AT&T SUED BY [email protected] SHAREHOLDERS OVER ASSETS: I’m not at all surprised–the switchover from @Home to AT&T, which happened in early December of last year, was incredibly chaotic and frenzied. @Home called AT&T’s bluff, leaving thousands of subscribers in the lurch for periods of up to two or three weeks.

I counted up the hours I spent that week, either on hold or talking to AT&T’s tech support to get hooked up again, and it was at least 30 hours. We finally get reconnected, but no thanks to AT&T–I found a solution via DSLReports.com, which was a godsend during that insane week.
