George and Amal Clooney Took Pity on Passengers on Their Flight

We’re not sure which part of this story is more surprising: that George and Amal Clooney flew commercial, or that they’re as awesome as we secretly hoped they would be.

The human rights attorney and her Hollywood star of a husband, who are new parents to 6-month-old twins, Ella and Alexander, recently flew first-class on an international flight with their little ones. Prior to take off, the glamorous couple handed out headphones to the other passengers around them (including Quentin Tarantino!). The headsets each had Clooney’s Casamigos Tequila logo on them and were accompanied by a note apologizing ahead of time in the event the babies acted like, well, babies on the plane.

According to a passenger who spoke to the Huffington Post, the Clooney babies were perfect angels and didn’t make a sound during the long flight.

George and Amal are certainly not the first parents to hand out little goody bags prior to a flight. Other parents have been known to give their neighbors baggies with candy, or free drinks if their babies decide to test the limits of their lungs while flying the friendly skies. But how often do those little bags contain a cool souvenir from a megastar?
