Ponzi Scheme Pedigree

I want to draw your attention to Rosslyn  Smith’s excellent article  at American Thinker on the pedigree of the view of Social Security as a Ponzi scheme. When Rick Perry said it in the Republican debate it ignited head shakes and tut tuts from the  moderator and pundits, but  Paul A. Samuelson’s has expressed a similar  view for a long time, and he is the economic guru for the baby boomer generation.
