Who gets blamed... for the deal?

I heard all last week from quivering Republicans, “who will get blamed if there is a shutdown?!”

They never asked the more important question – who is going to get blamed for a deal that cuts $38 billion after campaign promises to cut $100 billion.  But Politico loves the deal.  Roger Kimball at Pajamas Media does not:  “Pathetic.”
