As usual, Democrats are proving that they are the greatest threat to the United States.
Since Democrat ideology includes approval of many explicit evils, including domestic terrorism, serial crime, illegal migration, baby murder, genital mutilation, sexual perversion, and theft, it is not surprising when Democrats do something disgusting or dangerous. Nor is it astonishing that their praise for mental illness drives more mental illness. But it is deeply disturbing that a party with as much power in our country as the Democrat Party has should be so thoroughly, demonically corrupt.
City Journal's Christopher F. Rufo and Jonathan Choe followed a tip that San Francisco homeless shelters were accommodating illegal aliens. Rufo and Choe announced April 15 that they not only confirmed the tip, but found multiple male aliens who now identify as female and received "gender-affirming care," or body-mutilating surgeries, courtesy of the state and local governments and California taxpayers.
St. Vincent De Paul's MSC-South facility, for instance, which had a $66 million service contract with San Francisco as of 2024, houses illegal aliens from multiple countries, but particularly from El Salvador and Venezuela, according to an employee who spoke with the City Journal duo. Management at the shelter discourages employee cooperation with federal immigration officers, which is illegal. Among the shelter's residents are multiple Hondurans who identify as "transgender." Choe and Rufo spoke with "Lyca" and "Alondra," the former of whom receives the state's Medicaid, and both of whom turned down offers from the city for a free two-month residence in private apartments. Over at the Embarcadero SAFE Navigation Center, "Jacqueline" from Mexico received breast implants courtesy of Medi-Cal, too. He said the "transgender" hormones and surgeries come to illegal aliens and homeless through the state's healthcare program.
And if the city of San Francisco providing surgeries to encourage foreign criminals in the fantasy of sex change weren't bad enough, Rufo subsequently posted this update on X:

Meanwhile, over in Virginia, ex-lieutenant governor Justin Fairfax (D) and his wife died in what was apparently a murder-suicide he committed. Police had responded to multiple domestic incidents previously, including one in January, when the Democrat politician falsely claimed that his wife had assaulted him. She was in the middle of divorce proceedings against him but was still living with him and their two children. Fairfax‘s term in office, ending 2022, was scandalous with multiple allegations of sexual assault and rape against him.
Fairfax’s fellow Democrat, Gov. Abigail Spanberger, ironically just signed a slew of outrageous new gun control rules and restrictions, aimed at crushing Virginians’ constitutional right to keep and bear arms. Democrats are always claiming that guns are the problem, when the real issues are deranged Democrats and their soft-on-crime policies that encourage violent criminals.
Again, whether we look at the California taxpayer-funded breast implants for male illegal aliens or the Virginia gun-grabbing while a Democrat politician commits murder, the root of the problem has to do with Democrat ideology and leftist mental illness. Or, put another way, when a political party glorifies and promotes mental illness, it will of course end up fueling that much more outright insanity.
