We know that illegal immigration costs the Western countries that allow it billions of dollars every year. Taking a look at statistics on Germany, Great Britain, and the United States could give us an idea of just how insane the drain on taxpayer resources is.
Statistics for the U.S. have changed dramatically over the last six years or so, with expenditures on illegal aliens increasing significantly under Joe Biden, and of course going down under Donald Trump. But it is still worth seeing how much of our money was wasted on illegal aliens under the Biden administration, especially since the Trump administration has not had the time to cut off illegal aliens from all federally funded resources yet, not to mention they still have to pay for federal agents to round up illegal aliens and deport them. Numerous states also still spend many millions of dollars on illegal aliens.
This year, the Congressional Budget Office revealed that the Biden-Harris border crisis cost taxpayers $9.8 billion in 2023 alone. The House Budget Committee in 2024 reported the costs for healthcare alone to be horrendous:
CBO estimates that the Biden-Harris Administration’s open border agenda cost federal and state taxpayers more than $16.2 billion to provide Medicaid-funded emergency services to illegal aliens since taking office.
As for Germany, where the government rewards foreign jihadis and punishes citizens for social media posts, Jihad Watch relayed statistics from Die Welt, which obtained German government figures. Almost €900 million [$931.5 million] went just in 2024 toward housing “migrants.” In just four years, the cost had tripled, that’s how many illegal aliens are pouring into Germany, especially Muslims.

Between 2022 and 2025, Germany’s total spending on migrants for their housing, care, and alleged “integration” reached €2.24 billion. Coincidentally, Germany now has a budget shortfall of €3 billion, but the government is cutting universities and transport/city services instead of migrant funding.
Newsrael alleges that Muslims have raped more women in Europe than in Rwanda and Yugoslavia during the conflicts in those countries. The European Conservative added enlightening statistics:
Germany, one of the countries hardest hit by the 2015 migration crisis, reported 11,500 rape cases in 2022, with an alarming 40% of perpetrators of Syrian, Afghan or Iraqi origin.
In the UK, the crisis of sexual assault by migrant gangs has been particularly shocking. The Rotherham scandal, where at least 1,400 girls were abused by organized groups of Pakistani, Kurdish, and Kosovar origin between 1997 and 2013, exposed the inaction of the authorities for fear of being accused of racism. In 2022, 70,000 rape complaints were recorded (191 complaints per day), 25% more than in 2021.
Which brings us to the UK. The UK Express reported this week that researchers found spouses of migrants who entered in 2022 and 2023 alone will cost the UK taxpayers £5.6 billion.
Last year, a GB News investigation of government files determined that for the time span of 2023 to 2024, the cost of “tackling illegal migration” was £6.6 billion. And of course, costs keep increasing.
All of which is to say that our governments have squandered so many billions of dollars on foreign leeches who contribute very little and often drive up crime that the true cost of illegal immigration is incalculable.
