Activist judges are quite literally ruling against the law and in favor of lawbreakers, as we seem increasingly to live under judicial dictatorship.
In regard to the Trump administration's deportations of illegal aliens, the courts — including the Supreme Court — don’t actually have the jurisdiction to tell the executive branch it cannot deport illegal aliens. But since when did little details like the Constitution and other legal limits stop courts from overstepping their authority and ruling however they want? This is why the Trump administration will eventually have to follow the law instead of bowing to lawless rulings if it is to accomplish anything.
Last week, for instance, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of criminal Venezuelan illegal aliens and against the Trump administration. SCOTUS thus ignored the fact that illegals don’t have any constitutional rights and can be arrested and deported promptly by the executive branch (it was also a gross insult to victims of illegal alien crime).

But as we know, the Supreme Court has been overstepping its authority since at least the early 1800s (see John Marshall), and it has issued many decisions later proved to be unconstitutional and wrong, including Dred Scott, Roe v. Wade, and Buck v. Bell. Something is not law because SCOTUS said it is, yet that’s just what most Americans seem to think.
Meanwhile, Fox News’ Bill Melugin posted, “A federal judge in Boston has ruled that the Trump admin violated his order w/ its deportation flight intended for South Sudan & is ordering that the criminal aliens on the plane, which includes 5 convicted murderers, be given credible fear screenings & 15 days to reopen their immigration cases with access to phones and attorneys if they are determined to have a credible fear. Each criminal alien must be given no less than 72 hours notice about the credible fear interview.”
The judge also demands that DHS provide weekly status reports. This has nothing to do with the law and everything to do with woke activism. DHS doesn’t answer to a judge in Boston. It should answer rather to the law and to We the People.

Melugin later added that Fox “obtained an ICE document showing that some of the illegal alien convicted murderers on the flight have had active final orders of removal/deportation orders since as far back as 1999, 2005, and 2009. This judge is now mandating they all receive fear screenings.”
Yes, the judge knowingly ruled to help and protect murderers. We’re supposed to be sorry that murderers might have experienced “fear” at receiving justice. This isn’t just Trump Derangement Syndrome; it is a deliberate co-opting of our system of government. Judges in their overweening arrogance and quest for power are trying to make us not a nation of laws, but a nation of arbitrary gavel tyranny.
