Leftists’ genocidal hatred for Israel and their bloodthirsty hatred for Donald Trump feed into each other and are connected. We shouldn’t be surprised that the same people supporting murderous terrorists are sorry that Trump survived an attempted assassination. The death cult will always wish suffering on those with whom they disagree.
Donald Trump was the most pro-Israel president ever. The Republican National Convention 2024 featured the parents of an Israeli-American Hamas hostage and Shabbos Kestenbaum, an Orthodox Jewish Harvard graduate suing his antisemitic Alma Mater.
The current Republican Party has aligned itself with Israel, while most of the Democrat politicians and activists have aligned themselves with terrorist-run Gaza. And, unsurprisingly, the jihadi-defending leftists also want Trump in prison or dead, from Joe Biden and his handlers down to psycho Twitter users.
If your entire ideology is based on hatred, violence, and death, then you will not restrict that vitriol to one group or one area of politics. The Democrats who gleefully celebrate ripping the limbs off unborn babies in abortion will overlook Hamas burning babies alive. The activists who call for genocide against Jews would willingly include all supporters of Trump as well, Jewish and non-Jewish alike.

Following the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump, the University of California, San Diego’s chapter of Students for Justice in Palestine posted an Instagram story calling the attack “staged” and saying it is a distraction from the Israel-Hamas war.
“[T]here was a horrific massacre of close to 100 palestinians in khan younis today and people won’t be talking about it at all because we just have to accept that apparently people care more about trumps staged assassination attempt!!!!!! WAKE UPPPP,” the student organization posted.
What really happened is that Israel Defense Forces (IDF), which frequently puts its own men in danger rather than kill terror-loving Gazan “civilians,” was carrying out a strike against two Hamas commanders. One of them was Muhammad Deif, leader of Hamas’s military wing, who was directly implicated in the unspeakably heinous atrocities Hamas committed Oct. 7, 2023.
But I say it is no coincidence that the students mourning the alleged deaths of brutal jihadis would also sneer at Trump taking a bullet and would accuse him of staging the assassination attempt (even though it is particularly ironic that students who believe jihadi propaganda would be so skeptical of a real assassination attempt).

Of course, many leftists have gone even further, openly mourning the fact Trump wasn’t killed. One particularly laughable example is the rainbow mask-wearing, crossbow-toting Karen who told Timcast of the attempted assassination, “It’s a shame the person missed, but, um, it’s ironic that the shooter was also [a registered] Republican, and I am scared about political violence.” That is the level of contradictory nonsense and self-delusion of those with Trump Derangement Syndrome.

It is no coincidence that radical leftists are murderously disposed towards Donald Trump and Israel both. Marxists despise Judaism, Christianity, the West, and liberty, so they hate the one Jewish nation, the Middle East’s only democracy, and the U.S. president who was a staunch opponent of tyranny and an equally staunch supporter of Israel.
