Patriot who stabbed illegal migrant dinghy denied bail
British patriot and enemy of the illegitimate Labour government Danny Tommo recently filmed himself stabbing an empty rubber vessel used to ferry illegal migrants across the English Channel from France to Britain.
Labour officials and their NGOs claim that these migrants are “refugees” fleeing from the existential threat posed to their lives in *checks notes* France.
Nobody was injured during the dinghy stabbing, unlike actual stabbings of British natives by the migrants on a near-daily basis, and it was mostly a symbolic gesture, as the NGOs running the migrant invasion are extremely well-funded and can afford all the replacement dinghies their hearts could desire.

These facts notwithstanding, Daniel Thomas, AKA Danny Tommo, was just denied bond on criminal damage charges. His trial date isn’t until March, so presumably he’ll languish in custody until then.
Doubtless, the authorities hope, as often happens, the Islamic migrants who run the British prison system will take care of the problem extrajudicially.

The far-right agitator and anti-migrant activist Daniel Thomas has been charged with criminal damage and failing to disclose his phone pin to police following an incident in the Channel on Tuesday, where he allegedly slashed a dinghy while a French rescuer was on board.
Thomas, 37, of no fixed abode, has been charged with one count of criminal damage along with an offence under section 53 of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (Ripa), for allegedly failing to comply with a notice to disclose a phone pin to police.
He has been remanded in custody to appear via videolink at Basingstoke magistrates court.

Unfortunately, to no one’s surprise, the magistrate in the aforementioned proceedings denied Tommo bail and remanded him into custody.
Judge James Newton-Price KC, in his denial, claimed incredulously that “I am not concerned with the political issues or motivations in this matter and I put them aside in deciding this matter.”
Typically, judges don’t feel the need to come out and declare that they’re not biased; their lack of bias, indeed, is the entire basis of a fair legal system.
Methinks the lady doth protest too much.
Unfortunately, no part of the Calais to Dover route, the most common route for migrant channel crossings, is located in international waters, meaning any further acts of heroism such as the one depicted in the video would be subject either to British or French law, as territorial waters under international law extend up to twelve miles into the sea from the shore.

However, other routes for migrant crossings, such as those across the Mediterranean and potentially others across the Channel, taking a different tack, are in international waters, meaning such heroism could be executed in those instances with much less risk of prosecution by occupied European governments.
