In case you couldn’t understand what this lady was saying because she barely speaks intelligible English, even by Irish standards*, this family of eight is touring properties offered by the local council, presumably entirely free of charge. (She doesn’t specify whether the housing is totally free or subsidized, only that it is “offered” and “given” by the local authorities.)
*That’s a good-natured joke about Irish accents. One of my favorite experiments while teaching English in Asia, for more advanced classes that were more or less fluent, was to play a YouTube video of a provincial Irishman talking and quiz them about what he had said. None of them ever understood a single word, and many of them refused to believe it was actually English that he was speaking. I could hardly believe it myself sometimes.
The migrant explains that the first property, which was a paltry four-bedroom estate, allegedly didn’t have enough space for all of their stuff and was therefore unacceptable. As she explains, she and her “special-needs children” need more room for medical equipment.

The second property, a five-bedroom estate, on the other hand, she graciously found tolerable.
You will kindly note that at no point in her tour of government-subsidized housing does she express any semblance of gratitude to the Irish people who have let her into their country and whose government — in their name, using their money — is now handing her the keys to what would likely be considered a castle by Nigerian standards.
No, it’s simply taken as a given that she is owed government housing in a foreign country because of slavery or something, the fact that Ireland never had slaves or practiced colonialism notwithstanding. (The details don’t matter so long as the punchline is “white man bad, give me money.”)

Nigerian migrant: ‘I know deep down I’m Irish’
The migrants currently colonizing Ireland with the assistance of George Soros et al. have latched onto the legendary “Black Irish” identity and culturally appropriated it for themselves:

In reality, as anyone will discover who looks into the origin of the term, “Black Irish” has absolutely nothing to do with African migrants.
African migrants, rather, began referring to themselves as such in order to legitimize their delusional claims to Irishness where there is none in reality. There is no African DNA in Irish blood. Africans have never lived in Ireland in any significant number until their recent importation en masse.
Yet the cultural appropriation persists, and no one dares correct them on pain of prosecution for a hate crime.
