Several witnesses in the grand jury proceedings to indict Obama-appointed former CIA Director and current MSNOW news actor John Brennan, widely acknowledged as the architect of the now-debunked Russiagate conspiracy theory that was circulated far and wide throughout legacy media following President Trump’s 2016 victory, were slated to testify — by legal compulsion, via subpoena.
According to DOJ sources, that compulsion’s been walked back in favor of an invitation for “voluntary interview.”

Via Associated Press (emphasis added):
The Justice Department has withdrawn subpoenas issued in the investigation of former CIA Director John Brennan, with officials asking for voluntary interviews instead of testimony before a grand jury, two people familiar with the matter said Tuesday.
A small handful of subpoenas were known to have been issued over the weekend for witnesses to appear before a grand jury in Washington. But investigators on Monday evening informed lawyers that the subpoenas were being withdrawn in favor of requests for voluntary interviews, said the people, who spoke on condition of anonymity to The Associated Press to discuss developments in an ongoing investigation.
The reason for the reversal in course was not immediately known.
Aside from the cornucopia of evidence indicating his role in allegedly masterminding and perpetrating the Russiagate hoax in order to undermine a duly elected president and, by extension, the concept of representative government itself, Brennan was also one of the main pimps out in public pushing the “war on domestic terror,” a fancy euphemism for targeting moms at school board meetings expressing their First Amendment-protected condemnation of having their children brainwashed into CRT race hate and transgenderism.
“Even libertarians,” Brennan declared, were on the target list under the Biden regime.
Continuing:
[The Biden intelligence services] are moving in laser-like fashion to try to uncover as much as they can about what looks very similar to insurgency movements that we’ve seen overseas…
It brings together an unholy alliance of religious extremists, authoritarians, fascists, bigots, racists, nativists, even libertarians. And unfortunately I think there’s been this momentum that generated as a result of unfortunately the demagogic rhetoric of people that’s just departed government, but also those who continue in the halls of Congress. And so I really do think that the law enforcement, homeland security, intelligence, and even the defense officials are doing everything possible to root out what seems to be a very very serious and insidious threat to our democracy and our republic.

I’m no constitutional scholar, but that looks a lot like participation in a criminal conspiracy to deprive American citizens of their constitutional rights.
Another avenue worth pursuing, although it might not produce any criminal charges, is Brennan’s admitted historical affinity for communism.
In 1980, while applying for the CIA, Brennan admitted on a lie detector test that he had voted for communist presidential candidate Gus Hall just four years earlier — yet he passed and matriculated into the agency anyway.
Via Hudson Institute (emphasis added):
Brennan said: “I froze.... This was back in 1980, and I thought back to a previous election where I voted, and I voted for the Communist Party candidate." Brennan was responding to a question about barriers to recruiting diverse candidates for the intelligence agencies, including whether past records of activism could hurt someone applying for a clearance later in life.
Brennan called his support of the Communist Party a mere “indiscretion,” and reminded his audience that the Constitution grants free speech. He then remembered that he said to himself he could either lie and the polygraph machine would “go wacko” or tell the truth and face the consequences, including possibly being rejected for employment. He told the audience he voted for Gus Hall because while in college he was unhappy “with the system” and saw the “need for change.”

Immigrants with merely an ideological affinity, not providing support in any meaningful way, to communist parties are ineligible for a green card.
Yet a guy who voted for a communist for president is qualified to serve as CIA Director, overseeing the most powerful intelligence agency in world history?
