I’m no scholar of constitutional law, but this looks an awful lot to my untrained legal eye like insurrectionist/seditionist behavior.
I’m sure Tampon Tim’s got some team of publicly-funded lawyers to vet his prepared statements beforehand so as to technically not run afoul of the law, though his clear intent here is to go as far as humanly possible without crossing it.
I’m actually generally sympathetic to the states’ rights rallying cry that a lot of the anti-ICE Karens and their handlers have been spouting lately in response to the feds pouring into Minneapolis to handle the feral Somalis.
But, constitutionally speaking, immigration control/border enforcement is one of the few enumerated powers — specifically, Article I, Section 8, Clause 4 — that falls fully and squarely within the purview of the federal government. There’s no real argument that any serious constitutional scholar would offer to counter that.

What’s more — and this hardly needs pointing out, I think — is that these people screeching about states’ rights don’t care at all about states’ rights when it suits their agenda.
No alleged principle they profess to hold dearly can be taken seriously, because they have no principles that can’t be sacrificed at the altar of their quasi-religious devotion to progressivism.
Anti-ICE Karen predicts wave of divorces post-Renee Good martyrdom
All of her Karen friends’ husbands, this lady explains, are “ostriching,” meaning they’re “putting their heads in the sand” and ignoring the ¡lItEraL FaSCisM! that has gripped American society.

My inner libertarian voice could never fully condone this, but it’s increasingly obvious that, if ever mass internment and re-education of a population were justified, it is with the modern American women of the left.
Hillary, infamously, as we have documented, proudly says America needs “adult camps” for right-wingers; I say we need them for the anti-ICE Karens.
People have disagreed with this in the past, but it’s always been my position that if your spouse is willing to divorce you over some abstract political disagreement, or if you are willing to divorce your spouse for the same reason — and this applies across the board, across ideologies — your marriage was a sham from the beginning and destined for failure.

Personal loyalty should always take precedence over political ideology in the absence of practical, tangible, irreconcilable differences in terms of approach to daily life (for instance, if your wife is intent on chopping your son’s genitals off and turning him into a gender goblin).
This axiom is true of all interpersonal relationships, but most especially in the context of a marriage.
Some bimbo gets shot for being a moron, LARPing as a French resistance fighter in her Honda Pilot, and your immediate response is to demand a divorce if I shrug my shoulders?
Good riddance, and best of luck.
