The conversation explored the idea of using artificial intelligence as an instrument to foster unity in society, enhance global amity, and help overcome geopolitical polarization.
Microsoft, founded by Gates, and OpenAI, whose CEO Altman is currently working closely with Microsoft, are promoters of using AI to solve global issues.

BILL GATES: I do think AI, in the best case, can help us with some hard problems.
SAM ALTMAN: For sure.
BILL GATES: Including polarization because potentially that breaks democracy and that would be a super-bad thing. Right now, we’re looking at a lot of productivity improvement from AI, which is overwhelmingly a very good thing. Which areas are you most excited about?
Gates does not expound how exactly AI would save the democracy he allegedly values.
But the implication of using it as an automated censorship tool is obvious — a long-held dream of the technocracy — beyond the limited capabilities of social media and search engine algorithms that currently do the bulk of the non-human censoring.
Bill Gates is arguably the most dangerous menace to human life on Earth, let alone democracy.
Not only was Gates intimately involved in perpetuating and profiting off of the COVID-19 scam — the biggest crime in world history that has still gone unpunished. But this is the same guy who has actively promoted literally blocking out the sun for Climate Change™ — you know, that little fireball in the sky that’s an indispensable prerequisite for life on Earth as it feeds vegetation which then feeds everything else.
