Biography
Barbara Arthur was born in Cuba. She came to America in 1969 on President Lyndon Johnson’s Freedom Flights. She is married to former State Rep. Warren Arthur for 24 years. Barbara has served as a Christian speaker for twenty-two years, owned a small insurance business with her husband for twenty years, and has homeschooled for fifteen years. She has never sought political office, but believes the crisis in America demands that she run.
