Obama’s Inner Bracket

Recently, President Obama picked which teams he thought would advance in the NCAA Basketball Championship, a process known as filling out a bracket. The term “bracket” in this case comes from the shape of the round-by-round elimination chart which tracks which team won in each matchup.
That’s all very well and good, but one wonders: Don’t we all have what is essentially an “inner bracket” which delineates our personal hierarchy of priorities, beliefs, behaviors and traits? If there was a bracket which revealed the inner workings of Obama’s mind, what would it look like? And what trait would emerge dominant?

The NBA is so lopsided and has so many playoff spots that it is a regular occurrence for teams with losing records to make the playoffs. At least in the NCAA, you have to pull off a Cinderella Run and win your conference tournament to qualify for the NCAA Tournament with a losing record.

Very nice. However, I think you need an asterisk on a few of the first round traits. e.g Sincerity, Self-Doubt, U.S Constitution, Running the Country. The asterisk would note that these are really only theoretical traits since we have no conclusive evidence of their existence in Obama.
What would it take for Americans to go into the streets like in Egypt and eat bullets to take out the wealthy elite who ignore our laws and are demographically replacing us with the Third World and institute a Democracy?
Since, relatively speaking, Americans are well off when it comes to financial opportunity. the answer is that we won’t, not for ideals, no way.
This perhaps sheds some light on what’s going on in the middle east unless one wants to accept the idea they are idealist’s with more courage than the average American. One takes to the streets when one is actually threatened in a way that palls on your daily life and with no legal way to react.
Nevertheless I would organize a Facebook page and march on Washington for the shantyization of America alone were I not confident I’d be followed by a bunch of lunatics whose names are already well known the the Secret Service.
The time for the average American to wake up is not yet apparently and I think that opportunity will never present itself; the intellectual resolve that once characterized an American is gone and the torch has been taken up by the Third World who are resolved to take advantage of our Constitution, our naivete, our blindness and plain weakness. Basically, European Americans are voting themselves out of existence. Fiddle with your brackets and then vote for Obama’s Republican doppelganger who will pursue the exact same policies.
Fiddle with Libya, Egypt and Syria and ignore the worse civil in Mexico with higher casualties whose refugees are taking over American life. Yes Obama is an enabler but when was the last time we had an American President who wasn’t? What good will it do us to put our political house in order when we are relegated to having a European Congressional Congress in Washington?
Good luck boys – if it’s not called a civil war then I guess it ain’t one and if we say everyone is equal well, they just are and if there is absolutely no discussion on legal immigration, what gov’t organization is enabling it, mandating it and running it and where they derive their legal imperatives from, well, then it just doesn’t get dealt with and stopped.
In other words, we have no rights – ‘they’ do, those who aren’t even citizens. Us? We must follow orders while we bleat like sheep in the opposite direction so we don’t work ourselves up too much over something we cannot and will not control.
Protesting in the street is something for which our government has contingency plans. Instead, one day a month buy nothing and stay at home. (General Strike) Don’t buy, don’t comply. Politicians and banksters only feel pain through their wallets. When organizing a protest (if you must) have your people march up to whatever institution they are protesting, lay down their signs (make sure someone collects them as there is no point in being arrested for littering) and form a line at the nearest bank(s) and begin removing their money. If they have no money in the bank, than open an account (just to tie up the computers). If there is any media coverage the bank could not possibly close their doors and stay in business. The mainstream media will almost certainly have to film what appears to be a bank run esp. since alternate media will scoop them otherwise and do even more damage to their already tarnished reputations. When viewed in the alternate or mainstream media this may trigger other bank runs. Do this if you only truly wish to cause mischief. NOTE: This is all perfectly legal.

Well, hell, we have a new half assed war to go along with full tilt socialism for too big to fail banks and Government Motors, so we might as well have a half assed president in charge of a full boat; President Brother Man. Let’s see, what did I and the dictators learn today. Don’t give up your covert nuke programs, because at the first sign of the “peoples insurrections” you’ll get whacked for whacking the rebels. Don’t pay reparations for previous acts of terror; there are no statue of limitations for Brother Man’s pay backs. Getting removed from the State Department’s terror list will not prevent Brother Man’s “no fly zone.” The new “no fly zone” actually means tactical air support for armed rebel ground operations. I didn’t know Brother Man was really a neo-conservative.

- Obama’s Foreign Policy Barackets (C’est la guerre!)
- Obama’s Power Barackets (We all know who wins that one)
- Obama’s Domestic Agenda Barackets (We lose in the first round)
Yikes, the list is almost endless.
Since Barry has twice picked my favorite team to win the outer bracket, and therefore accursed them two years in a row now as everything Barry touches turns to …., I wish he would have picked hypocrisy instead.
Being that we’ve now got a newly minted NeoCon convert in the White House, and all.
I loathe Obama and all that he seems to stand for…….
…….however, I’ll add quickly that I think it’s sad, very sad, to read these snarky comments here about our current President of the United States, why he has provoked these comments….. when I think of the history of that office and what it is intended to stand for, and what it has indeed stood for in the past…..and compare his obvious emptiness as a man with some of the truly great men who’ve preceded this Barak Hussein Obama character.
I agree. But keep in mind that the great men who preceded him also attracted such snarky comments. The snark doesn’t seem to depend on actual competence, and that’s a real shame.

Between being OTL and WTF, he’s lost his moral compass and pride. He says anything at anytime, like he hopes we’re not listening. Why?
He has a past that can’t be traced and words that when read mean nothing. Why do you think he pounds the podium? It’s a WTF moment when the cloud over his head say “oh, oh, how do I get out of this?” Then he slams the podium like it’s the reset button and he thinks it’s OK.
He doesn’t dare listen to himself for fear that it sounds as bad as we all think of his bizarre flap-doodle. He’s lost in his own presence and confused about who he just heard.
OK, all you sycophants, it’s time for you to hide under a rock and don’t come out until the 22nd century.
Only quibble — Narcissism should have been on one of the top lines of the bracket, because going in, it was pretty obvious to everyone narcissism was already one of the No. 1 seeds.
This is truly funny.
The sad part is, at least in the real world, something has to be eliminated at each stage. In basketball, the final score decides, and only one team moves on.
In Obamaland, he gets to go back and re-pick his traits like shirts. Today, for example, half-assed socialism might be in the hamper. After a good wash and a few days, he’ll pull it out and wear it again. Or some days he might just pull it out, sniff it, check the mirror, and put it back on. After all, the media would never call him on it.
Hubris wasn’t included in the bracket. I suspect that Obama’s colossal Hubris would kick Obama’s Narcissistic ass in a head to head match.
I have to confess to missing hope, change, and hollywood wannabe in the early brackets (not that we know what those stand for exactly), but overall I think that community organizer should be in at least the final four.
