We’re down to 8.1% on a paltry 115,000 jobs — just how many people left the workforce last month, anyway?
I’ll look at the full report after a cup of coffee, but these phony-baloney numbers play right into yesterday’s comments by Biderman.
UPDATE: More than half a million people gave up looking for work last month. 522,000. That’s more than four workers lost for each job gained.
Four more years of this, please.
UPDATE: The real unemployment rate is 11.6%.
