Meanness By the Numbers

Nearly one in five Americans are mentally ill. Also, about one in five Americans describe themselves as liberal. I’d like to see the Venn diagram on those two statements.
I kid, of course — you don’t have to have a break from reality to be a progressive. (But it doesn’t hurt!)
It’s just that liberals have opened themselves up to this kind of attack — even if, like mine, it’s in jest — by making the exact same claim about conservatives, again and again. And in all seriousness, too.

I’d say the overlap is well over the 20% an even distribution would suggest.
1 in 5 Progressives works for a Democrat machine busing 1 in 5 mentally ill Americans to the polls on election days.

“Because the Only Good Progressive is a Failed Progressive”
I skimmed the article and don’t see a definition of “mentally ill”. Since just about everything gets a label, the number is either too low because all of us have something that the DSM-V will call a mental illness, or it just counts up the number of people seeing a therapist, in which case it’s surprisingly high, but also falls under the “so what?” rule.
