A Stopped Clock Is Still Almost Always Wrong

I know we’re not supposed to get cocky and all, but it’s really, really hard when Vice President Biden goes spouting off about how the Democrats are “going to keep Congress.”
I mean it’s really, really, really hard.

I thought that Joe Biden was the most brilliant man in the world. How could he be wrong?
It was always a TARP, with a couple of bodies stashed under it.

I’ve always thought the true measure of a man was his ability to incorporate a Star Wars reference into almost anything. Steve continues to prove me right.
Actually, he’s correct. Biden said, “I’m here to tell you that on November 3, the day after this coming election, there will be in Washington, D.C., a Democratic majority in the House and a Democratic majority in the Senate.”
On November 3rd, that’ll be true. After they swear in the newly-elected Senators and Representatives, I doubt that it will be.
