The Day After

So I treated myself this Father’s Day by not visiting Fatherhood.gov. But having done so just now, I have two observations:
1. “Fatherhood.gov” is inherently creepy.
2. Mr. President, you cannot raise strong healthy children by feeding them pablum.
Just sayin’.
So I click over and the first thing my eyes see is face of “The Little Prince” and the words “Take The Time To Be A Dad Today”. I then threw up in my mouth a little and left.
What the fuck is that supposed to mean? Are there times when I’m NOT a dad? I’m sure the gov’t will inspire young fathers the same way they are inspiring financial investment. With lots of confusing platitudes that mean nothing.
