Programming Note

I’ll be on the Michael Koolidge Show today, sometime between noon and 1PM Mountain. We’ll be talking about last night’s debate, of course.
I’m working on an angle that looks like this: Barack Obama = Tom Lehrer – The Humor.

Interesting. Tom Lehrer is witty, intelligent, funny, and old. BO is none of those things.
Ok, Ok, Tom Lehrer is pretty darned liberal, I’ll grant you that. He’s still funny.

Will you be performing a rendition of “National Brotherhood Week” for posterity?
For posterity’s sake, it has been determined that I will sing only in the shower (when home alone) or in the car (when driving alone).
But it might be fun to update the lyric to National Brotherhood Week for 2008…
Oh, and I did go with the Tom Lehrer thing on Mike’s show. It went over well enough that I think I was in some danger of seeming clever.
With luck he’ll edit that out.
I’ll get to work on new lyrics post-haste.
