The shutdown is long over, the monuments have reopened in Washington, and the World War II vets who famously broke down the barriers to visit their monument are still streaming in on Honor Flights. Tessie Abraham, legislative counsel to Sen. Pat Toomey (R-Pa.), led veterans and volunteers from southeast Pennsylvania on a tour of the sites Saturday.
