House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) went off on the administration’s continued assertion that the GOP is cooking up “phony scandals.”

“Brian Terry’s family does not call [his death related to Operation Fast and Furious] a phony death when he was murdered at the border,” Issa said. “Benghazi is not phony. Four people are dead – people that shouldn’t be dead if the warnings were heeded and some of whom wouldn’t be dead if there was a relief effort mounted in time.”
