Via Will Collier on Twitter, comes news so shocking that we have to read about it in the British press:

Francois Hollande lurches Right in historic U-Turn to save French economy

French president François Hollande has bowed to massive pressure for business tax cuts to pull France’s economy out of slump and stave off industrial decline, ditching a core element of his socialist platform.

Hollande, unlike certain other presidents I won’t name, seems able to learn from his failures.

A quick search of America’s “newspaper of record” shows… nada.

And do please enjoy the free British press while there still is one.

But the greens still won't let them use their shale to get out of the mess they made.

They are falling behind the PIIGS, who are moving away from the government trough.

And, we just keep blindly trying to follow this path to ruin.

Obummer's policies are having the effect he is looking for. The nation's economy managed a .4% growth rate. Isn't more taxes what is called for to stifle such outlandish growth in the nation's wealth? Why would he wish to cut taxes?

I have read that courts in France shot down his high tax rate on the rich. I hadn't heard about this shift though. Stunning. I am glad I can come here to get real news.
