The abortion industry lobby is having a splendid run in the Obama era. In its annual business report, Planned Parenthood reports that receipts are up — it performed 333,964 abortions in 2011. That’s a record, and up from 329,445 in 2010. All tolled, Planned Parenthood has performed just shy of 1,000,000 abortions in the Obama era.
It also took in $542 million in taxpayer funding. Planned Parenthood may be doing big business, but taxpayers are ultimately paying to keep it going.
During this same period, contraceptive services have decreased 12% since 2009, and cancer screening and prevention has dropped 29%. Planned Parenthood is evidently expanding the service that remains the core and most profitable part of its business.
Planned Parenthood was founded by racist eugenicist Margaret Sanger.

You’d think that Planned Parenthood would have a tally, “Over X Million Served,” under its signs, the way McDonald’s used to do.
– still have young people with clipboards on the street asking pedestrians to sign and save the organization?
Because, with help from the media, Planned Parenthood has been able to cast themselves as victims of vast right-winged conspiracy. Five hundred and forty-two million dollars is a heckava lot of victimhood.
