Re: Liberalism. I might have just abandoned a lifelong love (culture-wise) because it is nothing now but yet another thing for young hipster douchbags to enjoy their groupthink in. The decision wasn’t even difficult
Reading the tea leaves–long term, we who are not Progressives face a serious threat, I am not entirely sure if victory is achievable based upon trends to date, but if it is, it may involve the following–we must be willing to breakup the Union if we are to preserve it.
I’ll give you an example of why I feel the way I do–the Atlanta Journal thinks we are being “hysterical” on Benghazi. Yeah, it’s just a columnist, and it’s not exactly a opinion thought leader, but I think it is representative of that newsroom, and the MSM in general.
Those in positions of cultural power are not going to listen to us, are not going to heed us. In the language of the left, only “forcing them to pay attention” is going to work. Otherwise, they will just contnue on.
Being nice is not going to cut it.
