The producer of the controversial anti-Islam film “Innocence of Muslims” has been arrested for violating terms of his probation and is set for an appearance this afternoon in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles.
Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, 55, is scheduled for an initial appearance before Judge Christina Snyder, who sentenced him in June 2010 following a bank fraud conviction.
Investigators have not yet provided details about how Nakoula allegedly violated probation, but it seems clear that his involvement in the “Innocence of Muslim” production is central to the government’s new charge.
Nakoula (seen above) was sentenced to 21 months in prison to be followed by six months in a halfway house. Upon completion of the custodial term, he was placed on probation for five years.
Included in his probation terms were prohibitions on his use of the Internet, unless he secured prior approval from his probation officer. Additionally, he was not to “use, for any purpose or in any manner, any name other than his/her true legal name or names without the prior written approval of the Probation Officer.”
Wanna bet if this guy was, say, tweeting articles from Talking Points Memo, the feds would not have descended on him — twice?
Muslims keep trying to get this idiotic movie, which had nothing to do with the terrorists attacks on our embassies, taken off YouTube. The Obama administration leaned on Google to help out, but Google said the film doesn’t violate any of its standards. So much to the administration’s shagrin, the movie stayed up on the net.
But who’s to say the feds can’t arrest Nakoula and get him to take the movie down? Then they’ll let him go. That’s where this is going.

Yet a congressional source told Fox News that CIA Director David Petraeus, during a briefing with members of the House Intelligence Committee three days after the attack, also espoused the view that Benghazi was an out-of-control demonstration prompted by the YouTube video. According to the source, this was “shocking” to some members who were present and saw the same intelligence pointing toward a terrorist attack.
It wasn’t/isn’t just Hussein Obama, Hillary Clinton, Susan Rice,and Baghdad Bob Jay Carney who perpetrated this Goebbels level Big Lie. CIA head Imam David Petraeus is also guilty. In fact it was probably that b-astard’s idea.

We, that is every American, should feel no need to comment on the quality or the content or whether or not it had anything to do with Muslim riots or Muslim anger.
We don’t need to call it idiotic or disparage it in any way or make excuses about who is responsible for it. Addressing the movie in this way only shows weakness.
Our issue is NOT Muslim anger caused by a movie or anything else they decide offends them. We have no control over them. Our issue is NOT who does or does not respect “The prophet of Islam” Our issue, and what we have some measure of control over, is the defense of our constitution. All we we need to say; all we should say is “In America we have freedom of speech and it’s guaranteed by the First amendment to OUR constitution, don’t try to tell us what to do in OUR country. We will defend our constitution by defending the rights of Americans.” “Riot if you wish, but be prepared to suffer the consequences if Americans or American embassies are harmed.”
Islam deserves to win.
Until we’re willing to fight back, fight dirty, and f*** them up the a** like they’re doing to us, they deserve to win, because THEY WANT IT MORE, and are more willing to kill for it.
I hate to say this but that feeling has been stalking for me some time too. If one side has no will to fight, military superiority is irrelevant. It seems that the American left has come to the point where they are so delusional they will not even fire a shot in self defense.
They perceive conservatives, the very people who are trying to protect their rights as well as those of other free people, as more of an enemy than a seventh century cult of death which seeks the destruction of all infidels.
In an 1818 letter to H. Niles John Adams wrote: “But what do we mean by the American Revolution? Do we mean the American war? The Revolution was effected before the war commenced. The Revolution was in the minds and hearts of the people; a change in their religious sentiments of their duties and obligations.”
Adams, in the next few paragraphs, describes the changes that had taken place in the Colonists opinions of Great Brittan and then says: “This radical change in the principles, opinions, sentiments, and affections of the people, was the real American Revolution.”
I fear that a counter revolution in “the hearts and minds of the people” has already been “effected” because we have allowed the left to commandeer the media and the educational system. I fear the war will soon “commence”.
That some one as radical as Obama is even a serious candidate, and now a serious contender for a second term is proof that America is in a very precarious position.

The left isn’t delusional. They’re not the ones who aren’t firing a shot. They’ve already jumped the fence and started FIRING SHOTS AT US FROM THE ISLAMIST SIDE.
It’s US who won’t fire a shot back, because we’re so damned afraid of the left bringing the Full Power of the State to bear against us, and because WE’RE so delusional that we refuse to believe that they could so willingly and gleefully jump the fence like that.
Remember. Bill Ayers said that AT LEAST 25 Million Americans needed to be killed in order to implement their system, and THAT was back with 1970s population levels. That would likely be around 100 Million who need to be killed now.
And the similarly Death-Obssessed Islamic Hordes would only be too happy to oblige that.

Where is the ACLU?
Well, the ACLU’s name only says that they’re interested in civil liberties. It doesn’t say that they defend them.
That acronym changed years ago: Anti-American Civil Liberties Union.
The theme of the article may be more prophetic than its satirical title. Thomas Woods describes in his “Who Killed the Constitution” how Pres. Wilsom literally shut down the “free speach” of the opposition to WW I participation by America. In WW II FDR not only placed American Japanese in camp containment, but also 11,000+ German Americans (most of whom were citizens, though they tended to be from relatively newER immigration). The key to silencing speech is “emergency”. If Obama can have any one of us liquidated at his disgression, I trust him fully to figure out an “emergency” which requires a Wilson-like suppression of free speach re Islam, the so-called Prophet or the peaceful integrity of that religion.
But few Americans are noticing the most critical difference between previous American wars and this one: in the past, Christians affiliated with the Americans were free to teach, and preach and spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ the Son of God in every country that we sent our military to. Our missionaries followed our armies, and shared the love of Jesus Christ through donations taken in the the churches to fund the humanitarian aid that always poured out to help rebuild after the battles.
In these wars – under both Presidents – our military and congressional leaders have refused to allow Freedom of Religion to members of the US military, have refused to insist that Christians be allowed to freely and safely practice our faith, which includes telling others about it, have refused to aggressively protect missionaries and insist they be allowed to stay in place and preach openly.
What a terrible, sad result. Neither Republicans nor Democrats have learned that it is our first freedom: Freedom of Religion, on which all the others rest, including free speech. Once they limited a soldier’s right to give a bible to the local people, the rest was only a matter of time.
Even so, of course Jesus Christ has already won. He won 2000 years ago. So be of good cheer: God’s strength is shown most in our weakness!
