Obama: Romney's Campaign Message is Shorter than a Tweet

So was “Hope and Change,” and so is “Forward.” But Obamabots probably won’t notice.

President Obama accused the Republicans of running a campaign focused exclusively on blame.

“You can pretty much put their campaign on a tweet and have some characters to spare,” Obama said at a fundraiser outside of Baltimore.

“Obama isn’t working”only uses 19 characters. But those 19 characters say quite a bit.

The president also claimed:

“The good news is, the American people generally agree with our vision. If you just put in front of them, issue after issue and you present the Democratic approach and the Republican approach, we win,” Obama told supporters.

Is that why a majority of Americans wants ObamaCare repealed? Is that why the president sticks to sloganeering himself, rather than spelling out specifically what he wants to do? Or, he sticks to sloganeering because when he tries to speak extemporaneously, he tells a country facing high unemployment that the “private sector is doing fine,” so go buy a “thingmajig” for your radiator furnace in the summertime.

Which also fit on a tweet.
