Joining Narrowminded CNN and The Hill, Washington Post Calls #WIRecall a 'Close Vote'

You’d almost think there was a memo from the DNC to the media ordering them to downplay what happened in Wisconsin.

Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker survived his recall race last night, walking away with a seven point victory over Democratic candidate Mayor Tom Barrett.

But that’s a ‘close race,’ according to the front page of the Washington Post this morning.

Note the sub-headline in the screen-grab above: LONG LINES AND A CLOSE VOTE.

CNN and The Hill both called Walker’s easy win “narrow.” Only Fox managed to get it right, calling the 7 point win a “wide margin.”
