Memo to Meghan McCain: Al Sharpton is an Antisemite With Blood on His Hands
Meghan McCain opens her column “Cut It Out, Internet Bullies!” at The Daily Beast:
Last week, I went on Al Sharpton’s MSNBC show PoliticsNation to talk about extremism in the Republican Party. As a socially liberal Republican, this happens to be a topic I know a lot about. On the show, I told Sharpton that many Republicans treat me like a freak, especially the extreme-right members of my party. I went on to say that I don’t understand the appeal of extreme bloggers such as Michelle Malkin and the late Andrew Breitbart.
Going on Al Sharpton’s show to talk about “extremism in the Republican Party” is as offensive as appearing on a David Duke program to talk about fire safety and tying proper knots. Last summer Jeff Dunetz at Yid With Lid remembered the 10 year anniversary of the Crown Heights riots, an antisemitic pogrom provoked by the MSNBC host and Democratic Party consigliere who earns kinder words from McCain than the “extreme bloggers” who tweet things she doesn’t like.
Why do we let Meghan McCain represent us on these types of farcical news shows?
I agree: how these people can sit and have a friendly chat with a complete racist like Sharpton is something I can’t really understand. I know how it has been empowered and the political correctness and racial pandering of the Dem Left that posits all women, gays, illegal aliens and minorities are under a constant state of siege from whites but it doesn’t sink in emotionally.
To me it’s a sure sign that we as a culture have gone insane and stupid. There’s not one, not one prominent media figure or politician who will stand up in America and demand Sharpton and Melissa Harris-Perry be marginalized by MSNBC and taken off the air?
And don’t forget the Twana Brawley incident, for which Al lost a libel suit, against a public person — which is incredibly hard to do.
I’ve not heard one single sentence come out of her mouth articulating a position on any issue that is aligned with Republicans.
She can call herself a Republican. She’s not a Republican.

Pretty girl, and her dad’s a U.S. Senator, but that pretty well sums up her positive assets.
No one would take her the least bit seriously, if it wasn’t for those two things.
Don’t you mean the two things just below her chin?
Meghan McCain is a publicity whore. She has sold herself to Sharpton and the DNC.
Like her father, Meghan McCain has learned that the media establishment will always provide a friendly ear to anyone associated with Republicans who is willing to assault conservatives.
And, like her father, she will ultimately learn that whatever equanimity she experienced will quickly disappear when she wants to talk about anything else.
The shame is that her father is still in the Senate, without him she is just another bleach blonde idiot.
Big boobs and no brains can get you places…
For all the talk about extremism in the Republican Party, the Democrats not only fail to exclude, they honor a man who, as you say, didn’t just spark a race riot–two, as a matter of fact, viz. Freddy’s Fashion Mart as well, both of which led to deaths–but he fomented an honest to goodness pogrom. You know, where mobs howl through the streets screaming “Kill the Jew!” AND THEY DO.
Until he is read out of the Democratic Party, the Dems have no business complaining about racism or extremism in the other side.
She should be married to Levi Johnson… what a couple!
