Evidence mounts that the first play in the playbook used by the Obama administration press flunkies is to lie. I witnessed this firsthand when Justice Department press flunkie Tracy Schmaler lied to (and screamed at) reporters covering the New Black Panther controversy. Then for months, before outlets like Pajamas Media got the goods, the Justice Department lied about the gunrunner scandal.
Now Judicial Watch uncovers more evidence that the first response to any Obama scandal is to fib. Remember when Fox News was excluded from interviews with Treasury’s “Executive Pay Czar” Kenneth Feinberg? At the time, the Obama administration denied there was any such effort to exclude Fox. Now the truth comes out through emails obtained via the Freedom of Information Act:
Dag Vega at the White House tells the Treasury Press flunkie Jenni LeCompte: “…we’d prefer if you skip Fox please.”
Deputy White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest emails the same flunkie: “We’ve demonstrated our willingness and ability to exclude Fox News from significant interviews…”

Professional tricksters like Schmaler, Vega and Earnest are probably oblivious to the eroding public support for the administration, so don’t expect them to alter their sleazy tactics. Richard Nixon would be proud.
