Mea culpa: Strauss-Kahn rush to judgement

It appears that many of us – myself very much included – may have rushed to judgement in the rape charges against now former IMF chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn. If reports first surfaced by the New York Times are in any way correct, this is clearly not a simple rape. Whatever it is, I blew it by assuming too much in my reaction to the allegations. I hope I’ve learned a journalistic lesson.
