Californian-turned-Al-Qaeda-spokesman Adam Gadahn just published a new video, where he “calls on Muslims living in America to carry out deadly one-man terrorist acts using fully automatic weapons purchased at gun shows, and to target major institutions and public figures.”
While we should take his threat seriously, we should also note his lack of intelligence.
If you should get lucky and find a “fully automatic weapon” at a gun show, plan to invest months in getting it home. Sales were severely curtailed in 1934, via the National Firearms Act, and restricted further by the Firearm Owners Protection Act of 1986.
Here’s a few of the ATF requirements:
- You have to apply to the ATF to transfer the firearm.
- You have to pay a $200 tax.
- Guns made after May 20, 1986 are banned from civilian sale.
- Your application must be approved by the “local chief of police, sheriff of the county, head of the State police, or State or local district attorney or prosecutor.”
Because of these restrictions, “fully automatic weapons” cost about as much as a late model used car.

Yes, please travel around to all the gun shows demanding to buy fully automatic weapons without a federal license or any paperwork. I’m sure no one will take notice.

I have been to many gun shows and they do not sell full auto weapons to anyone. You need a special license from the ATF to posses or sell them. And the gun people are always on guard for stings and publicity setups from the various groups dedicated to taking away our Second Amendment freedoms.
The weapons sold at gun shows are the same ones sold at your local gun store. The vendors are mostly guys who have low overhead dealerships, which can offer lower prices than the local store. The other advantage of a gun show is the large amount of variety. You are more likely to find an unusual gun there, and they always have a large selection of old rare guns that are no longer in production.
This is an example of the reach of anti gun propaganda spread buy the Democrats and their minions in the press. I have foreign friends who think this is an awful place to live because of all the crap the Progressive Press pumps out about Amerika The Terrible.

I have concluded it just shows he grew up a leftard, of whom there sometimes seem to be an uncountable number in California. I’ve never even seen a fully automatic weapon at a gun show, except once as a display piece.
If I see Gadahn, I will run him over with my Jeep. People don’t kill, Jeeps kill.
