British gun control is sexist

The Brits know how to keep their women under control.

After imposing draconian gun control in 1997, the next decade saw about a 60% increase in the rape rate. Where women used to be safer than in the U.S., British women are now raped about twice as often as here in gun-toting USA.

It’s still possible to own a shotgun, especially if you live in rural areas, which brings us to today’s lesson.

Tracy St. Clair Pearce lives with her brother on their farm. Tracy “has been given months to live after breast cancer spread to her spine.”

She was out working when 18 motor homes arrived, and set up “illegally” on a neighboring property. When they started using chain saws to cut down trees for firewood, Tracy ordered them to leave, but the trespassers became violent. One threw a fence post at her and “threatened to slit her throat and slaughter her cattle.”

Then others in the group began getting aggressive towards Tracy, allegedly exposing themselves and throwing rocks.

Tracy retreated and called the police, who arrived in 35 minutes. They visited the camp but “were unable to find the teenager who had threatened her.”

They were, however, able to scold Tracy for being “aggressive” and “making threats.” As a result, they ordered her to forfeit her two shotguns, and took her firearms license to “prevent me buying another shotgun.”

Tracy’s now disarmed and permanently defenseless, with 18 loads of “victims” safe from the terminally ill woman next door.

At least they have GUN CONTROL there.

Thats what happens when you give up your rights. the gov will allways tell you that you are giving up rights for “the greater good” but in reality its for the people in powers protection. nothing more. a disarmed society is a complaicent society is a controlable society, is an enslaved society. notice how crime rates havent gone down so much as changed venue. sure no gun crime just as there were no car accidents in 1750. but their knife crime has skyrocketed. Im stating this right now. i dont care what gun laws enacted, i will Never give up my rights to own guns, I urge every person reading this to think about whose responsibility it is to protect me, to protect my rights? ask yourself is there ANY person, any politician you trust more than yourself to defend thoes rights?

If you’re interested in how the British lost their right to bear arms and other civil liberties over time, you may wish to look at this history / law article:

I am guessing not just sexist, but racist too. I suspect that “travellers” means gypsies, who are, of course, among the pets of the UK Left.

If they want to ban something offensive they should ban royal weddings. I don’t care and that’s all that the media seem to talk about for days. I bet the prince isn’t banned from owning any gun he wants up to machine guns.

  6. GUN CONTROL: The theory that a woman found dead in an alley, raped and strangled with her own pantyhose, is somehow morally superior to a woman explaining to police how her attacker got that fatal bullet wound.

Governments almost always come down harder on decent people. I think that’s because they’re less likely to shoot back.

This is what happens when self defense is NOT a RIGHT!!!

    • Trevor

Self-defense is ALWAYS a right… it’s just that far too often it’s not possible.

The large lesson to be learned here is, of course, not to ever give up your rights, even when they seem unimportant. But the more important immediate lesson is: DO NOT CALL THE AUTHORITIES – THEY ARE NOT ON YOUR SIDE.

Trespassers don’t rape women; abusive governments rape women.

Nah. The abusive government is the enabler.

My friend in England was harrassed by a psychotic neighbor. Eventually the neighbor a woman entered my friends home with an equally pychotic brother with the plan to beat my friend with a ball bat. Either a guardian angel protected my friend or she got an adrineline burst for the crazy woman was thrown up and against the wall and the brother quickley was thrown also and the two ran from the home. My friend and her 12 year old son whom she was most concerned about defending both laughed hysterically about it but because they feel they can not trust the police of England to defend them they moved to another city. I’m moving her here to Louisiana so that she will have the right to defend herself.
