Death panels death

The Obama WH tried sneaking the end-of-life consultations back into ObamaCare via regulations during Christmas (how cheerful!), and then tried using their pundits to feed a “blame Bush” death panel whopper to deflect criticism.  That didn’t work.  Now the public outcry has apparently persuaded them to back off entirely.  For now.
