Free Psychotherapy at Pajamas Media

September 20, 2005 - 8:58 am - by Roger L Simon

Who says we’re not an all-service organization? Well, okay, not free psychotherapy, but the closest thing to it – a profile of psychotherapist/blogger Neo-Neocon – a longtime favorite of this site for her ground-breaking analyses of why and why not people are capable of change.

  1. Thanks, Pajamas!

The apple was rather photogenic, I think :-) .

And, in the spirit of clarification, a few added comments from me.

    Neo-neocon:

The apple was an inspired choice, but your quality still shows. And meanwhile, the NYT Co. warned that its earnings this quarter will be only a third those of the same quarter last year. 45 newsroom people at the NYT and 35 at the Globe are going to be let go. All the News that’s Fit to Print, indeed. Welcome to the future.

  3. neo-neo is very smart.

However, her analysis is mostly descriptive.

It leaves out genetics and biochemistry.

What she does amounts to doing chemistry while leaving out all of physics. It covers a lot of the “what” while leaving out most of the “why”.
