Susan Rice, Obama’s former National Security Advisor who is at the heart of the Trump unmasking scandal, has refused to testify in front of a Senate committee because the request wasn’t bipartisan. But Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) said, “I would hope she would consider doing it.” She also said she didn’t understand Rice’s arbitrary standard– “I’ve never heard that it has to be a bipartisan letter. This is sort of a new criteria.” So what will Rice’s excuse be now?
